Brilliant interview process. There was a couple of weeks wait before getting the final word but other than this, it was quite timely.
Initial stage: Screening Test - This was a quick call with a member of the recruiting team and they were lovely. They were happy to pass over my details for the interview stages.
1st Interview Stage - Flew by! Excellent chat. My range of experience really impressed the interviewers. They invited me for a second interview which involved a short task.
2nd Interview Stage - After successfully completing my PowerPoint presentation task, the questions were suddenly directed towards Stakeholders which wasn’t really brought up in any previous stages or mentioned as a desirable or even the “nice to haves” section in the job listing. They hadn’t emphasized the significance of stakeholders for this role so it took me by surprise. Either way, as I didn’t have much experience with managing/communicating with stakeholders, I didn’t get the role.
Overall, the team was incredibly friendly and pleasant to speak with,
but I would suggest more clarity for the desirables of roles prior to receiving applicants.
Total process time: 1.5 months.

Entrevista
The interview process was well-structured and took around 2 weeks. It consisted of three rounds: an initial HR screening, followed by a technical interview with the hiring manager, and a final interview with senior management.
The questions were a mix of technical and behavioral, focusing on past experience, problem-solving, and handling real-life work scenarios.
Overall difficulty was moderate. Candidates are advised to prepare practical examples and have a good understanding of the role.
The interview happened in 3 rounds, 2 technical and 1 techno manegerial. Technical round had back to back Technical questions with second round more focused on scenario based questions. Managerial was just 20 minutes
