Mostly self lead for behavior portion of interview. Bring questions.
Round 1 focuses on your background and a case study assessing problem-solving, structure, and analytical thinking. Round 2 is behavioral, evaluating leadership, teamwork, communication, and cultural fit through past experiences.

Entrevista
Had two back-to-back interviews. First one was behavioral that lasted 30 minutes. Second one was a case study. First guy seemed very nice and talkative. Second guy was very blunt and quiet. If I had done well on these interviews, I would've gotten one more the next day.
