Application through referral followed by coffee chats and two in-person interviews. The interviews were semi-formal balanced between getting to know one-another (personal fit) and technical knowledge. There were no case study or teaser type questions (potentially given the seniority of the role and focus on sector knowledge).
Thorough with good communication throughout the process. I first had a phone call with an initial screener. Then the hiring director, VP and MD. A few rounds. very standard questions. Usual prep required.

Clear interview process. Steps well explained. Candidate required to present a business case which felt a bit like providing free consulting. They were very good on p[roviding feedback ion interview performance and also getting back to candidate within the timescale they had promised
