I submitted my CV through the portal. After a few weeks, I got an invitation for the interview. I applied for Deloitte Myanmar.
A few days later I got an interview invitation.
I was interviewed by HR first. After that I was interview by partner.

Tell me about yourself and why you applied this role
Online interviews with a lot of technical questions with zero to less information from the resume provided by candidates, but it was quite a good experience overall. Need to prepare a lot before the interview.
Pretty good overall! the interviewer was very warm and polite and made me feel really welcome. it was a good interview, i thought i would land the role but they picked someone with experience aligned with big4.

Tell me about a time when you faced a challenge and overcame it?
Apply through Deloitte Careers but its better if you connect with HR personnel through linkedin. HR will then call you informing you about the position and usual introduction questions. Afterwards, two rounds of interview from HR, then one with audit heads. It takes about two to three weeks from initial interview to Job offer meeting.
