The recruitment process consisted of a series of structured assessments, beginning with an English language proficiency test designed to evaluate the candidates' command of the language. This was followed by an IQ-style test, aimed at measuring their cognitive abilities and problem-solving skills. The third stage involved a technical test, specifically tailored to assess the candidates' expertise in their respective fields. Upon successfully passing these three stages, candidates were then scheduled for two interviews. The first interview was conducted by the Human Resources department, focusing on the candidates' interpersonal skills, professional background, and alignment with the company's values. The final round was an interview with the partner of the department, where the discussion was more in-depth, revolving around the candidates' technical skills, experiences, and their potential fit within the team. This comprehensive process ensured a thorough evaluation of each candidate
