The day began with a short individual introduction, giving us a chance to share our backgrounds. We then dove into a group case study analyzing a client's risk exposure. I contributed actively, leveraging my experience while also eliciting ideas from others. Our team developed a sound risk mitigation strategy. This was followed by a group activity where we were given an ambiguous business scenario and had to reach consensus on the optimal solution. I made sure to listen carefully to my teammates and integrate diverse viewpoints before offering my own perspective. We engaged in thoughtful debate and were able to align on an approach we could all support.
