Parner interview is more focused on thought and plan of an individual rather than skill. For instance, we did not really talk about my skill, but we talked about why I am interested and How my past experience could demonstate my passion

The first interview was very nice, during the second one, the manager was very arrogant. Rather seeing the interview as an interrogation rather than a mutual process. No proper time for my questions was designated during either of the interviews - again shows they are only interested in what they want to know but don't allow you to ask any questions back. The final straw was receiving a call from them on a Sunday at 8 pm.
