I applied through campus recruitment. They came to my university for a few in person events and I letter applied through a university pipeline process. This process was very competitive.
Screening, HR round, and interview round were smooth. The interviewers were very supportive and motivating. I felt nervous during the process, but they helped me stay calm without any discouragement

It was very nice and competitive. The questions asked were real life based scenario and how a manager should take decision in times of crisis. The question gives you a situation to analyze and as a manager we have think of the whole company as well as the financials and take the decisions.
