Phone screen followed by on site interview day, including one-on-one interview with the hiring manager, her boss, and two additional interviews. The Deloitte team was very organized. One got the sense there were several interviews occurring that day. Travel plans and reimbursement went smoothly. The process went quickly from identification through job offer.

Behavioral interview questions: Tell me about a time when you believed a different approach should be taken for the engagement. How did you handle that?
Thorough with good communication throughout the process. I first had a phone call with an initial screener. Then the hiring director, VP and MD. A few rounds. very standard questions. Usual prep required.

Clear interview process. Steps well explained. Candidate required to present a business case which felt a bit like providing free consulting. They were very good on p[roviding feedback ion interview performance and also getting back to candidate within the timescale they had promised
