The first step was the application followed then by the first online assessment. The next the job simulation. My application was then withdrawn due to the role being hired. The last stage would have been a presentation.

Relevant job questions were given with competence questions
Pretty straightforward process overall. Started with a group interview where we worked through a case/activity as a team and discussed our ideas.
Then there was a one-on-one interview with a presentation. It was quite conversational and the presentation was pretty causal as well.

The standardised tests involved comparing many really similar scenarios which felt a bit pointless. The interviewer asked me for a presentation about the pros and cons of AI but when I was discussing the environmental harm they steered me away from the cons.
