Had 2 parts where the first one was a get-to-know and second part was technical interview. Didn't even get to second part and they said I lacked technical knowledge when I asked all the questions right and it was not even the technical part. Interviewers were clearly biased and probably a bit racist.
Interview process was quite fast and interesting.
1. Pre-screening done by AI Assistant
2. Total 3 Interview rounds conducted. Among this 2 were technical, where they have tested in depth fundamental and the architecture,
senario based questions and 3rd round was partner round, this round was very short and quick as compared to other.
3. HR asked to submit the documents and then discussion was happened and Finally Offer
I did 1 round of interview with the recruiter and then a 1 round of interview with the team, they asked random questions about java, and it was just to see my knowledge

Overall it was good. Simple and Straightforward. Was expecting an offer but got rejected. Communication with the HRs for interview scheduling or process can be better. Interviewers were good. Thanks
