The process is difficult and consists out of multiple rounds. First of all, you complete several intelligence tests after which you receive an invite to a meeting. If that meeting goes well, you will be invited for a second meeting.

Entrevista
Invited for the interview. Showed up. Was taken to a room with two interviewers. The interview was probably one of the harder ones I've ever taken. The tone of the interview was also much more mean than at other places.
it was two thirty minute interviews. The first was with a senior or manager and was all behavioral questions, and the second was with a Managing director or Partner and was mostly just chatting.
