I was referred by an independent recruiter. I was called in for a technical interview and also had talk about carreer plans.
The interviewers were really kind, I had a great time.
I had no real issues with the technical part. I think I was rejected because they didn't find me motivated enough for the job or they looked for a person with more junior-like skills in exchange for less salary expectations.
3 colloquio, uno conoscitivo, uno tecnico e uno con il cliente finale permettendo buone opportunità ma salario offerto non in linea con altre aziende. Il cliente si è rilevata una buona opportunità e con base molto stabile

Moved onto a one-way video interview conducted on Hirevue. If shortlisted, a 1-on-1 in-person interview with an associate director is scheduled for a casual conversation. A technical interview is conducted if you pass the prior steps.
