Allereerst, ik heb een CV + motivatie brief online ingediend ten behoeve van een audit business course
Vervolgens moest ik online en op eigen tijd binnen een bepaalde tijd een assessment maken via HFM.
Het vervolg hiervan was een fysieke kennismaking dat een sollicitatiegesprek moest betekenen.
It was a two stage interview. First the managers interview which also serves as the panel interview. Then the partners interview. Ideally, it is mostly brief. it can be one or more partner.

Overall, it was a good experience. Suggest preparing well and being honest to align with the company’s values and long-term goals. The questions vary depending on the role probably. Also suggest preparing your own questions, those are always important.
