The process was pretty straight forward. It can be lengthy but overall the process goes by quickly. There are initially 3 interview phases and a psychometrics test once you have completed the 2 interviews.

There is a series of online exams, first one is a cognitive test, second is a behavioral test, third is an MCQ and code test, then two or three interviews depending on the position and process.
