Laid back. After an online application, where you upload your cv and answer a few questions they contact you by email to book a slot if succesful. Took place through MS Teams. Laid back, they just want to get to know you. Dress appropraitely even if the interview is digital

Mostly they walk you trough your CV and want you to elaborate so they get to know you better. Also why deloitte and why audit.

Entrevista
Il colloquio si compone di tre step:
1. chiamata da parte del team HR che ti spiega il processo e ti chiede di raccontarti
2. giornata di lavoro in gruppo + test AI + test inglese
3. colloquio tecnico col manager
it was two thirty minute interviews. The first was with a senior or manager and was all behavioral questions, and the second was with a Managing director or Partner and was mostly just chatting.
Basically the whole thing was a vibe check to see if you're an alright person. jsut answer honestly and you will do fine. Also they may ask for OT hours
