Assessment Centre - English, Psych, and Technical Test. All in Bahasa.
Interviews:
1) Manager/Senior Manager
2) Partner
3) HR
Dependent on interviewer but may be tricky. At Partner's level, it's more towards discussing the partner's expectation. Good time to gauge whether you like the department or not.

It was a two stage interview. First the managers interview which also serves as the panel interview. Then the partners interview. Ideally, it is mostly brief. it can be one or more partner.

Overall, it was a good experience. Suggest preparing well and being honest to align with the company’s values and long-term goals. The questions vary depending on the role probably. Also suggest preparing your own questions, those are always important.
