Very straightforward and comfortable session. The interviewer describes job roles and asks about your past experiences. Further discuss about what you want to achieve in the company. They want to know more about you by asking about your background.

1 Day Assessment day. There were 3 sessions:
1. Intro to Deloitte - the HR director introduces every candidate to Deloitte
2. Technical interview - the practice Senior manager/Director will interview asking specific accounting, auditing tech questions;
3. HR interview - interview with HR manager/director mainly focusing on personality type questions, asking about specific situations, where you had to take action and what was the results (use STAR technique).
Interview process was smooth and fast. After first he interview it only took couple of days before I received an invitation for final interview. After final interview it took one week to receive an offer

Good and clear process with a lot of technical rounds. The interview was very long and but everything was communicated very step of the way. There was no communication gap and the offer letter was explained well.
