Two separate phone interviews before being invited on site (pre covid). Calls lasted approximate 1hr . Onsite interview was with 2 people each lasting roughly 45 minutes. Associate role interview was more like a typical oder interview over the normal consultant type interview.

Applied online, they qucikly respond me. First an easy phone interview (took approx. 15 mins), and invited for a personal interview. After the successful first stage i was invited for an assesment center interview with senior project managers and hr staff. Introduction, general questions etc. It takes approx. 1 hour. After a week they told me that i passed all of the stages. I didnt accept the offer because the project delayed for an indefinite period
