I applied for an experienced position. After a month, I got a screening interview with recruiter for about 15 minuets. She asked for my experience, salary expectation, and CPA status. 3 weeks after, I got 2 second round (final) video interviews with a senior manager and a partner. A week later, I was informed that they’d like to extend an offer to me and discuss the salary expectation.

Why Deloitte? Why did not join B4 after graduation?
Online interviews with a lot of technical questions with zero to less information from the resume provided by candidates, but it was quite a good experience overall. Need to prepare a lot before the interview.
Apply through Deloitte Careers but its better if you connect with HR personnel through linkedin. HR will then call you informing you about the position and usual introduction questions. Afterwards, two rounds of interview from HR, then one with audit heads. It takes about two to three weeks from initial interview to Job offer meeting.
Pretty good overall! the interviewer was very warm and polite and made me feel really welcome. it was a good interview, i thought i would land the role but they picked someone with experience aligned with big4.
