I had the first round of interview for a Senior Solution Architect at Deloitte with one of their Senior Managers. It has been 2 months and they never bothered to give a feedback on the decision in spite of numerous follow ups. I wonder if the company culture is the same for their Employees and customers as well.
Thorough with good communication throughout the process. I first had a phone call with an initial screener. Then the hiring director, VP and MD. A few rounds. very standard questions. Usual prep required.

Clear interview process. Steps well explained. Candidate required to present a business case which felt a bit like providing free consulting. They were very good on p[roviding feedback ion interview performance and also getting back to candidate within the timescale they had promised
