Case interview focused on tech and problem solving. One smaller case interview for first round and a larger more involved where you had to create a deliverable to show. Found out about 2 weeks later about if I received the offer or not

What is am experience where you've led a team even if you werent asked?
The process involved a two-day consulting recruitment event with group case-study assignments, followed by interviews, including two discussions with managers and a final online interview conducted with a partner afterward.
3 steps (CV, phone screening, group case study during business day, final assessment with behavioral interview and 2 individual case studies). At the end, partner interview, which was right at the end of the last 2 individual case studies.
