I applied through my school career services and Interviews in October at my school. I had two back-to-back 30 minute interviews with a senior manager and another consultant. The first interview was completely behavioral and resume based. The guy was chill. The second interview was more serious and technical. Asked me about pivot tables, difference between a budget and a forecast, and other questions about what a consultant does.

I started with 1 fit interview, followed by a case then a behavioral interview. The last step was fairly casual and straightforward. Everyone was friendly and professional about time. I heard back in less than 2 weeks about my final offer.

There was an aptitude test for measuring the applicants general knowledge and consulting material. The test included multiple choice questions and there was also some case study questions about different written passage.
