Speed interview for first round. They asked a variety of questions from a bingo type card they had in front of them. They wanted you to get a ‘bingo’ to move to next round. Depended on answers weather they checked a box. This was timed. It was in a room full of other people interviewing. Then second interview if you pasted this round.
Thorough with good communication throughout the process. I first had a phone call with an initial screener. Then the hiring director, VP and MD. A few rounds. very standard questions. Usual prep required.

Clear interview process. Steps well explained. Candidate required to present a business case which felt a bit like providing free consulting. They were very good on p[roviding feedback ion interview performance and also getting back to candidate within the timescale they had promised
