First round of online exercise including languages and psychotechnological tasks. Second round included interview with human resources, languages examination and group exercise on two business cases. Final round was an interview with senior managers where you had a through review of your cv and some competency based questions.

1. CV Review Reviewed for just one day, then I received a phone call to arrange my interview. I send the application through e-mail. Application also can be sent through the website. 2. Interview At the Deloitte location worldwide. The interview took about 15 minutes, received random questions. Not as expected and was not a good experience for me. They tend to focus on the work and can I do such thing, not about who am I and what am I capable of. 3. Offers Will be contacted via phone call. I rejected.
