They came on campus to recruit and the process was very nice. First interview was very smooth and it was just a way for you to tell them anything you want about yourself. Second interview was at their office and much more structured. Interviewed with senior manager and partner.

Name a time you had to implement an unpleasant plan.
It was a smooth process. Unlike the usual careers log-in, I directly sent my resume on the company's HR for immediate visibility (so if you have means to do that, do it). And then, make sure to know your resume, your leadership experiences (this is an advantage).

Entrevista
Invited for the interview. Showed up. Was taken to a room with two interviewers. The interview was probably one of the harder ones I've ever taken. The tone of the interview was also much more mean than at other places.
