They move very quick with the interview process. They called and scheduled a meeting for the following week and made their decision next day. Questions were mostly behavioural. They don't have time to waste so come prepared.

What is your main weakness? What kind of people don't you like to work with? How do you react under alot of pressure? How do you react in an environment when everything is due yesterday? On your performance reviews, what is a point you were told you have to work on? What would a typical day look like for you? Where do you see yourself in 5 to 10 years?
Very professional procedure and friendly atmosphere. I felt very comfortable with the interviewer. I was informed thoroughly about the next steps and expectations which made the exerience clear, organized and positive

Entrevista
1° interview on Teams on Friday, and it went well, got an appointment for a second interview on Monday. The Interview as in Italian and then the recruiters asked me to speak in English to test my language skills. Right now I cannot say if I will get any offer, but I hope for it!
I submitted my Cv in the platform. The HR department communicated to arrange an interview at a predefined time through Internet. After the interview they updated me after approximately three months regarding the results.
