Kurzes Telefonat mit partner für 45 Minuten. Fragen zur Persönlichkeit, Motivation. Nichts besonderes. 1-2 accounting fragen. Mit 1. semester BWL wissen einfach zu meistern. Zusage direkt im Anschluss an das Telefon Gespräch
It was a smooth process. Unlike the usual careers log-in, I directly sent my resume on the company's HR for immediate visibility (so if you have means to do that, do it). And then, make sure to know your resume, your leadership experiences (this is an advantage).

Invited for the interview. Showed up. Was taken to a room with two interviewers. The interview was probably one of the harder ones I've ever taken. The tone of the interview was also much more mean than at other places.
