Kurzer Einstieg mit einigen Fragen zu meiner Person basierend auf meinem CV gefolgt von mehreren kurzen und eher elementaren Aufgaben in Excel und jeweils einigen weiteren Fragen dazu. Die Atmosphäre war sehr entspannt und die beiden Consultants von Deloitte waren super freundlich.
It was straight forward and super technical with two seniors (manager level and above), accounting based questions, valuation, corporate finance.
Be over prepared for tricky question on valuations (DCF..) on discount rate (waac or equity cost) as well FCF, and FCFE.
