Entrevista
The interview process is simple. You go to a first session where you have in team to play several games (in my case was like a scape room type of test) and answer to 3 type of tests (logical, mathematical and written). And afterwards, a short first interview with the HR department. This interview is only to check your CV, get to know you and your preferencies. ADVICE: be authentic!! If you pass this session you will have to do another group test, but here is more dynamic and difficult since you have a case and few hours to do so! Then if you pass also this session you will have the final interview where you get to know if you are accepted or not.
The process involved a two-day consulting recruitment event with group case-study assignments, followed by interviews, including two discussions with managers and a final online interview conducted with a partner afterward.
Se comunican rápidamente mediante correo y whatsapp para hacer una primera entrevista telefónica en la que el reclutador evalúa aspectos generales sobre tu experiencia y luego pasa a una entrevista sobre ti en inglés.
