After you apply your CV you get selected (or not) for the second round which consists of 3 online tests: verbal communication, numerical and general IQ. If you pass those, you will be invited for the last round which is an interview with a panel (a group of 3 persons: HR representative. Director of the department, Manager in that department).

They asked me a lot of biographical (experience, university, competitions) and motivational questions (Why Deloitte? Why that Department? How do you think you can contribute to the place ? etc)
Entrevista con recursos humanos de manera online, dos fases. Preguntas comunes y de lógica. Sin preguntas técnicas, prácticamente. Con la chica de RRHH y el jefe del departamento en el que trabajaría.

It was very straight forward. Three rounds of testing and I was able to fly through them. However I was notified that another person was offered the job after the third round.

mi hanno contattato telefonicamente e fissato un altro colloquio tecnico, tra una decina di giorni. Nel colloquio telefonico abbiamo solo toccato alcuni aspetti di ciò che ho fatto in passato e ciò che so fare.
