The process felt like it took a very long time.
After completing the partner interview in October 2018, I felt like my chances were very high and that the next step would be an in-person interview with several people.
It is now March 2019, and I still have not heard whether I should expect an offer.

Tell me about the biggest challenge you have faced in your career and how did you handle it
Thorough with good communication throughout the process. I first had a phone call with an initial screener. Then the hiring director, VP and MD. A few rounds. very standard questions. Usual prep required.

Clear interview process. Steps well explained. Candidate required to present a business case which felt a bit like providing free consulting. They were very good on p[roviding feedback ion interview performance and also getting back to candidate within the timescale they had promised
