Contacted through my university's job board and e-mail. Arrived fifteen minutes prior to the interview.
Interviewed with two partners, one in Tax and one in Audit. Was asked simple, behavioral questions, and about my resume. Had time at the end to ask my own questions. Overall, very straightforward.

Two step:
one online video assessment with three questions
one live interview with 2 members of the team with ~10 questions
The interview was laid back with mostly behavioural questions asking about my past experience and how I could contribute to the team etc.

Straightforward friendly interviews. Recruiters are helpful and staff are welcoming. The process involved two interviews with a Manager and an MD. They came back with a decision relatively quickly compared to other firms.
