Entrevista
Two hour long interviews, each split in half with 30 minutes dedicated to behavioral interview questions and 30 minutes dedicated to a case study. The behavioral questions revolved mostly around personality traits that would make you a good fit for federal consulting specifically, as it is very different from commercial consulting. The case interviews were relatively easy. Keep asking questions as long as you can and try to take in as much information as possible. Do not leave time left at the end of the interview, ask questions until they cut you off and tell you to leave.
For campus hires, it included 3 rounds. One in-person behavioral, one case study, and a final case study.
Cases were not difficult compared to MBB and some people reported only studying for a few weeks or less.
The recruitment process includes an initial HR screening, followed by a case interview with an Associate and a Manager, and concludes with a final round of interviews with the firm’s Partners.
