I submitted my application through my university's job board site and heard back shortly after that I had an interview. They interview was mostly behavioral questions and more of a conversation than a standard question/answer interview.

Applied online and got an interview at a recruiting office within a university. People were friendly but they tried to cram in as many interviews as they could within 2 hours so everything felt rushed.

Entrevista
The interview was about 30 minutes long and was held at my college. The interviewer was very nice and I felt comfortable talking to him. As long as you do your homework and are relaxed you should do fine.
