I had it telephonic. First two rounds were technical with questions on core concepts and scenario based questions followed with a Versant(English) test. Last round was a discussion with Senior Manager. Sad part was that it took close to 4 months from the start to end. Its usually much more faster in one-day drive.

I went through two interviews. The first interview included the behavioral part and case part. The second interview was with a managing director, and the entire interview was about solving a M&A case.
