Firstly was called by HR recruiter for a brief chat, offered an interview.
Round 1 - Interview with Director. Basic interview format and simple technical questions. 'How would you value X?'
Round 2 - Interview with Assiociate Director. As above.
Round 3 - Case Interview
Round 4 - 'Meet the team'
The process involved a two-day consulting recruitment event with group case-study assignments, followed by interviews, including two discussions with managers and a final online interview conducted with a partner afterward.
