the Interview process was quite standard, shouldn't be a problem if prepared in advance. The whole process included a competency interview, a writing test and personality interview. Both the competency and the writing test were based on the job specs.

It was a two stage interview. First the managers interview which also serves as the panel interview. Then the partners interview. Ideally, it is mostly brief. it can be one or more partner.

Overall, it was a good experience. Suggest preparing well and being honest to align with the company’s values and long-term goals. The questions vary depending on the role probably. Also suggest preparing your own questions, those are always important.
