Deloitte came for campus recruitments to my college. They conducted three rounds. First an online test was held. Students clearing it had to take part in a GD. The interviews for the students clearing the GD was held after that
The process involved a two-day consulting recruitment event with group case-study assignments, followed by interviews, including two discussions with managers and a final online interview conducted with a partner afterward.
