Computer based interview games where they tested wide range of skills further than just ability in an interview situation. Interesting and challenging however outcome could be considered a leap from what the games actually tested.
The process involved a two-day consulting recruitment event with group case-study assignments, followed by interviews, including two discussions with managers and a final online interview conducted with a partner afterward.
