Difficult, several rounds of phone calls and in person interviews. Questioned included behavioral and analytical testing. Must have strong understanding of finance and accounting, as well strong analytical thinking. Many questions tested your thought process, and less so an actual answer.

The process involved a two-day consulting recruitment event with group case-study assignments, followed by interviews, including two discussions with managers and a final online interview conducted with a partner afterward.
