Talked to HR over the phone for 30 minutes, then with a manager for another 30 minutes in 3 days. I met three people during the onsite interview. I didn't like the position much and the offer was not quite attractive, so I did not accept it.

The three-stage process included a case study and involved meeting several team members. Overall, it was a positive experience although the recruiter took a while to inform me about the offer.
The interview process was long and slow. Took a lot of time to connect, but was worth the effort. The interviews were good and informative, but the turn around time was high, had to wait for good 2 months to hear back
