Applied early with Bright Network, did online tests was then invited to an assessment centre. This involved a fairly standard group exercise, a case study and a competency and commercial awareness based interview. Group interview was about agreeing on one place to host a major event, we were each given a place to push to be the one so you have to be able to admit where your host city is lacking but still sell it to the others. Case study has a lot of information and very little time to read through all of it - have to skim and come up with a strategy above all.

I started with 1 fit interview, followed by a case then a behavioral interview. The last step was fairly casual and straightforward. Everyone was friendly and professional about time. I heard back in less than 2 weeks about my final offer.
