Long and drawn out. Deloitte has become very arrogant. I find it interesting that they had a Senior Manager interview me (peer) who had less than one year consulting experience. He worked for a pharma company his whole career and brought that client with him. This is not the typical role of a Senior Manager, so how would he be a good judge.
Thorough with good communication throughout the process. I first had a phone call with an initial screener. Then the hiring director, VP and MD. A few rounds. very standard questions. Usual prep required.

Clear interview process. Steps well explained. Candidate required to present a business case which felt a bit like providing free consulting. They were very good on p[roviding feedback ion interview performance and also getting back to candidate within the timescale they had promised
