3 rounds :1st round - discussion on our own topic infront of 150 to 200 people . i have chosen the topic of tennis , out 150 members 40 members short listed for 2nd round. it had taken more than one hour.
.2nd round - telephonic interview
( communications round) where vocabulary, pronounciation has been tested. this round would take 30 minutes. it is a cmputeriesed test where computer speaks to us in the telephone as per its instructions we had to execute the test . hearing the sentences with concentration can be helpful.it
after the result of the 2 nd round , the required members are short listed for the third round.

Very good, they want someone with a high level of understanding and knows how to get points across within their explanations. So you would need to have heavy preparation beforehand to compete with other candidates.

Very long interview and gruelling questions. Approximately five stages of interviews, followed by extensive testing. The process is very long and complex. Initial HR screening followed by internal management and continues with intensive screening.
