I got the interview from the Career Day at Tor Vergata University in Rome. The week after I went to Milan for group evaluation, logic and English language tests, case study and HR. The week later I had the interview with a manager in Rome. The week after I got an offer.

3 steps (CV, phone screening, group case study during business day, final assessment with behavioral interview and 2 individual case studies). At the end, partner interview, which was right at the end of the last 2 individual case studies.
three interviews the same day with different level of hierarchy. They ask relevant questions related to the position and there is unless questions such as "3 strenghts and 3 weaknesess"
