Deloitte has a few "select schools" that they like to directly recruit from, and my school was not one of them. I proactively reached out to a recruiter and passed a brief phone screening. After a couple weeks, I phone interviewed with a manager from the office, and they invited me to a pre-interview social and into a "super day" all-day office interview.
To be honest, every person that I met from the social to the interview were so friendly and positive. Even during the interview, I felt as if they genuinely cared about all of the candidates.
It was definitely a pleasant experience and I accepted the offer!

Going over resume in detail; overall, it was very conversational and they want to get to know you as a person. Have confidence and bring your persona!
Online interviews with a lot of technical questions with zero to less information from the resume provided by candidates, but it was quite a good experience overall. Need to prepare a lot before the interview.
Apply through Deloitte Careers but its better if you connect with HR personnel through linkedin. HR will then call you informing you about the position and usual introduction questions. Afterwards, two rounds of interview from HR, then one with audit heads. It takes about two to three weeks from initial interview to Job offer meeting.
Pretty good overall! the interviewer was very warm and polite and made me feel really welcome. it was a good interview, i thought i would land the role but they picked someone with experience aligned with big4.
