I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Deloitte (Hong Kong (Hong Kong)) in April 2016.
Interview
It was a group exercise. We had 8 people in our group and the major past was a case study followed by brief introduction. Before the interview was an online test, which was not hard. And the process didn't take long.

The major part is the case, including preparation, discussion, presentation and Q&A.
It was a two stage interview. First the managers interview which also serves as the panel interview. Then the partners interview. Ideally, it is mostly brief. it can be one or more partner.

Overall, it was a good experience. Suggest preparing well and being honest to align with the company’s values and long-term goals. The questions vary depending on the role probably. Also suggest preparing your own questions, those are always important.
