I had two 30 minutes rounds - case interview and behavioral. In the case interview, i was asked about a Telecom Company who were on their way to launch a new product and needed a CRM system setup. How would you go about deciding between the different CRM vendors - what are the qualities that you would look up to before deciding on the vendor.
In Behavioral, I was asked about my projects and any experience I had working with a team.

I went through two interviews. The first interview included the behavioral part and case part. The second interview was with a managing director, and the entire interview was about solving a M&A case.

Consulting Case study interview - uses STAR method, need to evaluate case question through timeline, budget, stakeholders involved (both internal and external) and KPIs. Keep in mind agile vs. waterfall methodology, phased iterative approach, and the SDLC framework.
Hired on campus . For some there were 2 rounds but I just had 1 round and that's it i was selected. Mostly resume based questions were alsed in addition to some HR questions
