Online application. Numerical reasoning test first, relatively straightforward and simple. This was followed by an E-Tray assessment, relatively standard test to organise and streamline an email inbox. Finally followed by a telephone interview with standard questions (eg. why us, what sectors interest you...)
Job simulation was different as you had a video interview integrated with other question formats. There was a ranking questions and mostly behavioral otherwise so not too bad. Definitely be prepared for the video interview part as they tailor the questions based on what you applied for

OA was quite similar to a few at jobtest prep, just focus on clearing all and you will be prepared. Wouldnt recommend stressing too much over it. Easy deal to settle

It was not too bad. Not the easiest, but with practice it's doable. I recommend sharpening your maths skills; everything else is based on behavioural and situational scenarios. As long as you answer to appear as a teamworker, good communicator, always going above and beyond for the company, you will be fine,
